Since this has happened repeatedly, here is a list of Pokémon belonging to rivals/recurring in the anime that I wish you would not ask me about making them in your userspace. There are more than this, but most of the others were Gym Leader/Elite Four/Frontier Brain Pokémon and I have yet to be asked about recreating them.

If you would be so kind, try to avoid asking about these Pokémon. The main reason being the obvious one: they were already here and deemed unnotable. The second is about history preservation for the articles that were redirected and not deleted before then. If the decisions were to ever be overturned, the redirects that exist now can be reverted back to the way the were and history will be preserved. Moving a userspace article over the redirect will erase all the history from before. I recommend saving your work on an external program for use at a later time or write what ever information you have into the Trainer article itself. Thank you for understanding. --ケンジのガール
