| Born June 23, 1990 in Uruguay, he's now living in the metropolitan zone of Montevideo (actually living in Canelones, but whatever). He's currently studying in a technical school, but has got no goal. He got interested in Pokémon with the anime in September 6, 1999. He discovered later in 2002 the actual games, but was not able to play any of them until 2004, where he got Pokémon Red and Blue. He would play the games in chronological order and spend a great amount of time involved with them, to the point of almost failing a school year. The list of games is as follows: Red, Blue, and Yellow, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed, and LeafGreen, Diamond, Platinum, SoulSilver and Pokémon White. As of April 2011, he has beaten the Champion in all of the aforementioned games, except for SoulSilver and White.

Masatoshi joined Bulbapedia in February 16, 2010, previous to the Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver English upgrade. His two first edits were concerning the Latin American version of Who's That Pokémon? and a grammar typo concerning Hippopotas, these edits were however, made in March 6, 2010, almost a month later, due to not finding what to edit. Sporadic waves of activity would follow afterwards, being less than fifty per month, usually when there was a mass updating in process.
In January 2011, Masatoshi started being active, during a TCG update in the articles, templates were being needed in said articles and he helped in a good chunk, getting near 2,000 articles updated. He also helped in Bulbagarden Archives to rename and move sprites to their new naming standard.
During the Pokémon Black and White update, he helped moving the files from their Japanese names to their English names, creating their respective categories, renamings in summaries and fixing minor errors; earning the Golden Porygon Award for said work in Archives. In Bulbapedia, he got promoted to Junior Administrator in early March 2011 during the lockdown. Half a month later, he gets promoted to Junior Administrator in Archives as well. He's now doing the best he can on both sites, and is currently busier on Archives, as he's updating the moves, animating them.
Masatoshi is normally seen as a helpful and calm user, and encourages the visitor to ask whatever they need from Bulbapedia, and he'll try to answer as clearly as possible.
