There hasnt been any explanation as to why the Magneton of Snap, the stadium games, R/B, and G/S/C arent actually linked. The stadium games and Snap show this the most. They look more like 3 magnemite friends. Theres also the case of Magneton having different sized magnets. The various cards show that the most. Also, Ethan's Magneton. im pretty sure an event Magnemite that knows Levitate would be way more awesome than a stupid Manaphy or Mew.
