Hi! This is my amazing user area. Why is it so over-organised? Search me, I'm the most un-organised person I know. I suppose it's mostly for exercises with this Wiki code, which I've finally got the hang of!! So, let's kick off with the basics...

About Me

I live in the UK, and started playing Pokémon about 6 months before the anime series was launched here (or something like that). My first game was Red, along with a translucent GameBoy Colour (I always thought it looked sort of purple), and I've owned a copy of at least one game from each generation... excluding IV, as I haven't got a DS. :(

So I was surprised to hear that there actually was a cartoon around, so I started watching that. It kinda sunk after a few years, mainly because all the satellite stole all the new episodes, leaving ITV with just the repeats... but I've always been about the games, and would boast a relatively good amount of knowledge of them.

I found Bulbapedia through the wonders of Google (all ye hail lest ye be dammed!). I was actually attempting to create something like this myself, as I didn't think there was anything quite like it. I couldn't have been more wrong!!! :D

I am however working on a few Pokémon related things on the web, helping out here being one of them. Most of them are just speculation, but watch this space!!!

My Pokémon

Here we go...where to start? Most of my GameBoy Colour versions have been corrupted through GameShark (mostly), and I've lost my Ruby... so here's my party on FireRed:

FireRed Beta

It's called Beta (meaning 'Second') because my original FireRed was stolen, along with my GBA SP and wireless adapter. :(

But I got a new set! Second hand, yes, but I did.

Name	Level	Moves	Personality	Comment
James (Charizard)	90	Wing Attack, Flamethrower, Fly, Slash	Starter Pokémon. Timid nature. Highest Stat is Speed (248).	My first on FireRed, a monument to my former Charaizard (who was imaginatively called 'Charizard'). He's by far the fastest of the group, and is very handy for a quick end to battle.
Kip (Mudkip)	90	Tackle, Return, Hydro Pump, Water Gun	Modest nature, hatched in Pallet Town at Lv. 5. Highest Stat is Attack (149).	A level 90 Mudkip? It's madness! But there it is. He's a surprisingly good fighter, as he can take down quite formidable opponents. I got him as an egg and attempted to raise it the same way as the other: starting at the beginning and battling everyone on the way. That required heavy use of the Vs Seeker!!
Sparky (Pikachu)	85	Thunderbolt, Shock Wave, Quick Attack, Thunder	Naughty nature, met in Viridian Forest at Lv 3. Highest Stat is Speed (200).	Honest, I didn'tt see that Pokémon episode with Sparky in it before I named this Pikachu! Really! It was some freakish coincidence. I've called at least one Pikachu 'Sparky' in each successive game since Red (the old one). Either that's some freakish coincidence or that 'Sparky' would be a common nickname.
Venusuar	80	Cut, Razor Leaf, Leach Seed, Solarbeam	Quirky nature, met in a trade at Lv 5. Highest Stat are the Special Stats: Defence (193) and Attack (192).	My first Pokémon Trade on this version of FireRed. I wanted to trade it as an egg, so it would be all my own, but I wasn't able to trade eggs at that point. So within minutes of him hatching he was traded. Didn't work, he still technically belongs to someone else. But there's no complaining. ;)
Blastoise	80	Surf, Skull Bash, Waterfall, Hydro Pump	Naive natue, met in a trade at Lv 5. Highest Stat is Defence (203)	Like Venusuar, I got this in a trade immediately after it hatched. Blastoise is the only female in the whole party, and is possibly the most aggressive fighter out of all of them.
