The award served as a motivation to put up a lot more effort in contributing stuffs to the wiki. The next month, I received the Golden Bulbasaur Award for my "outstanding service to Bulbapedia", as the template goes. I continued editing like crazy until I attained 2K contribs in a month milestone, and I've been listed as a top contributor, from none to thirteenth, out of 21. For four straight months I've been listed as a monthly top contributor that helped me jump from thirteenth to eighth in the top contributor's list, until my fall in May, a month before classes start. The inactivity didn't help me win another golden award despite of the four months of effort.
