Chuggaaconroy (real name Emiliano Rodolfo Rosales-Birou, more commonly referred to as "Emile") is a famous YouTube user, who is known for his multiple highly popular Let's Play series. In these Let's Plays, Chuggaaconroy tends to show off as many details of the game as possible while providing commentary about random facts, usually associated with the ongoing Let's Play. In Pokémon games, this usually includes Trainer Pokémon movesets and bios of obtainable Pokémon in the area.

Chuggaaconroy is also well known for his "freakouts"; sudden, unexpected bursts of positive emotions in case something unexpected and pleasant happens in the game. Such cases involve him capturing Groudon with over 50% of its health left with a Nest Ball in Pokémon Emerald, as well as finding a Shiny Koffing in Pokémon Crystal.
