| Hey, Im just a simple Pokémon fan. Ok fine, Im not ''simple''. But Im still a Pokémon fan! Ive been playin since Generation III, so Ive never really had a taste of the first two gens, and probably never will. I played the Gen III games on my computer with an emulator, but these days Im playin Platinum on an actual DS with an actual game imported from America. So here I am on Bulbapedia, contributing random stuff. But these days I spend more time on the forums. So look around if you want.

| == My History with Pokémon ==

| I came into Pokémon way back in 2003. Ok, so that isn't so way back for other people, but whatever. Anyway, when I first saw Pokémon it was in the form of the anime. When I had just moved to Pakistan, I saw an ad for it on TV. I watched it the next day and became forever hooked. Yeah, so I didn't know there were game ''at all''. So for a while I only thought there was a TV show. So it continued like this until one day when I came across Pokémon Crater. I'm sure most people know what it is, but for those who don't, it was an online Pokémon game. Not like all those stupid ones you see today. It was the best one out there. So I totally became hooked onto that. This is also the time in which I found Bulbapedia. But I didn't care much about it anyway. It was Crater I was into then. At that point I ''still'' had no idea there were Pokémon games. Yeah, I was really out there. But that didn't last for too long as soon enough Pokémon Crater shut down. So now I couldn't not know anymore. I finally found out there were games, but I infact thought they were stupid. They didn't seem that much fun on my friends' GBA-SPs. I had one myself, but not one pokégame to my name. But I wasn't gonna let that stop me. Since I couldn't buy one I downloaded one! Pokémon Ruby immediately hooked me, and is the game that started it all. I got so attached to it that it was usually game before homework. Yeah, those were the days.

| Then came Diamond which I didn't play for a while due to the lack of good emulators but I eventually played it, along with Platinum. But I had had enough. So I got an actual DS. Of course that's only half. I didn't get an original game but instead I got a flashcart. But I wasn't disappointed. I could do nearly the same things as with an original game. But eventually I had to get an original game to. And then I got Platinum. Yeah, Platinum is the best. Currently my most played game.

| == Things that I do ==

| I basically am the type of person who likes to update things. Likewise I focus on updating certain things on Bulbapedia. But the thing I can do best is provide screenshots! With access to emulators and the game taking screenshots is very simple! I take my screenshots with ACDSee 6.0, and then fix them up in Photoshop. Currently for the Platinum screenshots I do the following:

| *Use Pokésav to give myself the desired Pokémon and the desired move.

| *Mystery Gift it into the game.
| |
| *Use the move in a battle and take a screenshot (or two depending on the move) with ACDSee.
| |
| *Open the file in Photoshop and fix it up so that is ready for upload.
| |
| *Upload it onto Bulbapedia!
| |

| This is what I do to get move shots but as for event shots, well, those are less likely as I may have already completed said event in the game. But I always keep an un-progressed game handy for these types of situations. I use Nocash GBA Emulater (NO$GBA) to play my games, which is one of the best emulators out there.
