Kalos, Where Dreams and Adventures Begin!	Serena is introduced. Ash and Alexa arrive in Lumiose City, the central part of the Kalos region. Ash sees a mysterious Pokémon at the airport. Ash learns that Alexa's sister is away from her Gym, but there is another in Lumiose City itself. Ash and Alexa go their separate ways. Ash is unable to have an official Gym battle, as he needs four Badges in order to challenge the Lumiose Gym. Ash meets an inventor named Clemont and his sister Bonnie for the first time. Ash has a battle with Clemont, but it gets interrupted by Team Rocket. Clemont and Bonnie encounter Team Rocket for the first time. A Froakie saves Pikachu from Team Rocket, but is injured in the process.
Lumiose City Pursuit!	Ash meets Professor Sycamore for the first time. Ash, Clemont, Bonnie, and Team Rocket learn about Mega Evolution. Ash meets the Pokémon he saw at the airport and learns that it is a Mega Blaziken. Serena sees Ash on TV and recognizes him from when they were younger. Ash receives a new Pokédex from Professor Sycamore. Ash catches the Froakie he befriended in the previous episode.
A Battle of Aerial Mobility!	Serena leaves on her Pokémon journey. Ash, Clemont, and Bonnie agree to travel together. Ash registers for the Kalos League and receives a new Badge case. The group decides to head to Santalune City for Ash's first Gym battle. Bonnie befriends a Dedenne, which begins to follow the group. James catches an Inkay. Ash's Froakie is revealed to know Bubble. Ash catches a Fletchling. Serena reaches Lumiose City and meets Professor Sycamore as she prepares to choose her starter Pokémon.
A Shockingly Cheeky Friendship!	Serena receives a Pokédex from Professor Sycamore. Serena chooses Fennekin as her starter Pokémon. James's Inkay is revealed to know Tackle, Psybeam, and Foul Play. The Dedenne that the group met in the previous episode is revealed to know Tackle and Nuzzle. Clemont catches the Dedenne and allows Bonnie to take care of it.
A Blustery Santalune Gym Battle!	Ash, Clemont, and Bonnie reach Santalune City, with Serena arriving soon after, and meet Viola, the local Gym Leader. Ash meets up with Alexa again, while Clemont, Bonnie, and Serena meet her for the first time. Serena meets Clemont and Bonnie for the first time. Ash battles Viola in his first Kalos Gym match and loses. Serena reunites with Ash and asks him if he remembers her.
Battling on Thin Ice!	Serena reveals that she and Ash first met at a summer camp in Pallet Town, but he does not remember her. Ash's Fletchling is revealed to know Steel Wing. Ash has a rematch against Viola and wins, earning himself his first Kalos League Badge, the Bug Badge. Ash learns that the next Gym is located in Cyllage City.
Giving Chase at the Rhyhorn Race!	Serena officially joins the group in their travels. Serena tells Ash about the first time they met, and Ash finally remembers her. The group decide to head back through Lumiose City on their way to Cyllage City. Serena encounters Team Rocket for the first time.
Clemont's Got a Secret!	Ash and his friends return to Lumiose City. Ash and Serena meet Meyer, Clemont and Bonnie's father. Ash and Serena learn that Clemont used to be the Leader of the Lumiose Gym before Clembot, one of his inventions, took over. Clemont is revealed to own a Magnemite, a Magneton, and a Heliolisk, which he keeps at the Gym. Clemont's Bunnelby is revealed to know Double Team. Clemont challenges Clembot to a battle and wins, reclaiming the Gym. Clemont modifies Clembot's programming and leaves it in charge of the Gym so he can continue traveling. Despite the Badge restriction being revoked, Ash decides to get three more Badges before challenging the Lumiose Gym. Clemont agrees to meet the challenge himself when the time comes.
Mega-Mega Meowth Madness!	Ash and his friends learn about Blaziken Mask, the Trainer of the Mega Blaziken that previously saved Ash. Blaziken Mask is secretly revealed to be Meyer, Clemont and Bonnie's father. Clemont receives a Chespin from Professor Sycamore.
The Bamboozling Forest!	James attempts to catch two Pancham, but is interrupted by an angry Pangoro. Jessie catches a Pumpkaboo. Clemont's Chespin is revealed to know Vine Whip.
To Catch a Pokémon Smuggler!	Bonnie learns about evolution.
Kindergarten Chaos!	Ash learns of the Fairy type.
An Appetite for Battle!	Ash's Froakie is revealed to know Pound. Clemont's Chespin is revealed to have Overgrow as its Ability.
A Rush of Ninja Wisdom!	Ash and his friends meet a ninja boy named Sanpei. Ash's Froakie tries to learn Quick Attack, but ends up learning Double Team instead.
A Conspiracy to Conquer!	Ash, his friends, and Team Rocket encounter an evil, psychopathic Malamar.
Breaking Titles at the Chateau!	Ash and his friends visit the Battle Chateau. Ash and his friends encounter Viola again. Ash and his friends meet Grant, and learn that he is the Cyllage City Gym Leader. Ash wins his first Battle Chateau challenge and becomes a Baron.
A PokéVision of Things to Come!	Serena learns about Pokévision and makes her first video. Aria is introduced. Jessie's Pumpkaboo is revealed to know Frustration. Serena's Fennekin is revealed to know Hidden Power and also learns Flamethrower.
Mega Evolution Special I	Alain is introduced. Alain meets Mairin, a beginning Trainer. Alain finds a Gyaradosite. Mairin catches a Flabébé, which she nicknames "Bébé". Alain has a battle against Siebold of the Kalos Elite Four, but loses. Mairin decides to travel with Alain.
Going for the Gold!	Serena tries and fails to catch a Corsola. Ash and his friends each receive a fishing rod from Rodman.
Coming Back into the Cold!	Ash and his friends meet up with Alexa again.
An Undersea Place to Call Home!	Ash develops a strategy to counter Grant's Onix's Rock Tomb.
Climbing the Walls!	Ash and his friends reach Cyllage City. Ash has a Gym battle with Grant and wins, earning the Cliff Badge. Ash learns that the next Gym is located in Shalour City.
A Battle by Any Other Name!	Ash and his friends meet Miette, who starts a rivalry with Serena. Serena and Miette enter the Poké Puff Contest but both end up losing. Serena's Fennekin is revealed to know Scratch*.
To Find a Fairy Flower!	Clemont tries to catch a Flabébé for Bonnie to take care of, but fails since she belongs to another Trainer.
The Bonds of Evolution	Ash and his friends encounter Professor Sycamore again. Ash and his friends meet Diantha, the Kalos League Champion. Ash and his friends learn about Mega Stones and Key Stones, as well as witness a Mega Evolution for the first time. Ash has a battle with Diantha, but it gets interrupted by Team Rocket.
Heroes - Friends and Faux Alike!	Jessie's Pumpkaboo is revealed to know Dark Pulse.
Mega Revelations!	Ash and his friends meet Korrina for the first time. Ash accepts a battle challenge from Korrina and loses. Ash and friends learn that Korrina is the Shalour City Gym Leader. The group starts traveling with Korrina to go to Geosenge Town to hunt for a Lucarionite.
The Cave of Trials!	Ash, his friends, and Korrina arrive in Geosenge Town. Clemont is revealed to have obtained his Heliolisk as a Helioptile. Ash and his friends meet Gurkinn, Korrina's grandfather, for the first time. Korrina obtains a Lucarionite. Korrina begins Mega Evolving her Lucario for the first time.
The Aura Storm!	Korrina's Lucario Mega Evolves into Mega Lucario for the first time. Ash has another battle with Korrina, but it is interrupted when Lucario goes out of control in its Mega Evolved state. Gurkinn sends Korrina, accompanied by Ash and his friends, to Pomace Mountain to train with a Mega Evolution Trainer living there.
Calling from Beyond the Aura!	Korrina's Lucario gains control over itself for the first time while Mega Evolved, but it soon loses control again.
The Bonds of Mega Evolution!	Ash, his friends, and Korrina arrive at Pomace Mountain. Korrina's Lucario learns how to fully and permanently control itself while Mega Evolved. Korrina leaves the group.
The Forest Champion!	Ash catches a Hawlucha.
Battles in the Sky!	Ash learns about Sky Battles and has his first battle of this type. Ash's Fletchling evolves into Fletchinder and learns Flame Charge.
Forging Forest Friendships!	Ash's Froakie learns Cut. Serena's Fennekin uses Scratch for the first time.
Summer of Discovery!	Ash, Clemont, Bonnie, and Serena enroll in the Pokémon Summer Camp. Ash and his friends meet up with Professor Sycamore again. Ash and his friends meet Shauna, Tierno, and Trevor. Serena has her first official Pokémon battle against Shauna and loses due to a "first-touch" rule.
Day Three Blockbusters!	Ash and his friends continue their week at the Pokémon Summer Camp. Serena learns about Pokémon Showcases. Aria's Fennekin is revealed to have evolved into a Braixen. Aria is revealed to be the current Kalos Queen.
Foggy Pokémon Orienteering!	Ash and his friends continue their week at the Pokémon Summer Camp.

A Campus Reunion!	Clemont reunites with a Luxio he met as a Shinx and catches him.
Bonnie for the Defense!	Clemont's Luxio is revealed to know Wild Charge.
Mega Evolution Special II	Alain and Mairin arrive in the Hoenn region. Steven is revealed to own a Shiny Mega Metagross. Alain and Charizard battle Steven, but the battle is interrupted by Lysandre. Steven is revealed to be the Hoenn League Champion. Alain is revealed to be working with Lysandre and Lysandre Labs, and to have received his Mega Ring and Charizardite X from him. Rayquaza attacks Alain and his company during their research, becoming Mega Rayquaza in the process. Alain and Steven attempt to battle Mega Rayquaza, but are quickly overwhelmed. Lysandre orders Alain to go to Rustboro City.
Pathways to Performance Partnering!	Ash and his friends meet Nini, a Pokémon Performer.
A Stealthy Challenge!	Ash and his friends meet up with Sanpei again. Sanpei's Frogadier is revealed to have evolved into a Greninja. Ash's Froakie evolves into Frogadier and learns Aerial Ace.
A Race for Home!	Ash, Clemont and Bonnie meet Serena's mother, Grace, for the first time in person. Grace learns of Serena's dream to become a Pokémon Performer. Serena wins in a Skiddo race against her mother, and receives her blessing to pursue her goal. Serena learns that a Pokémon Showcase will be held in Coumarine City.
Facing a Grand Design!	Ash, his friends, and Team Rocket encounter the evil Malamar from before. James attempts to release Inkay, but Inkay decides to stay with him.
A Slippery Encounter!	Ash catches a Goomy.
One for the Goomy!	Ash's Goomy gets over its fear of Fairy-type Pokémon and befriends Dedenne.
Thawing an Icy Panic!	Ash and his friends arrive in Coumarine City and meet Ramos, the Leader of the Coumarine Gym.
The Green, Green Grass Types of Home!	Ash has a Gym battle with Ramos and wins, earning the Plant Badge.
Under the Pledging Tree!	Ash wants to catch a Dunsparce again, but is unable to, since he has no Poké Balls on hand. Serena receives a blue ribbon as a gift from Ash.
A Showcase Debut!	Ash and his friends encounter Shauna again. Serena and Jessie both participate in their first Pokémon Showcase. Shauna wins the Coumarine Showcase Rookie Class and her first Princess Key. Serena cuts her hair short and starts wearing a new outfit, which includes the blue ribbon she received from Ash in the previous episode. Ash and his friends head back to Lumiose City for Ash's Gym battle with Clemont.
An Oasis of Hope!	Ash's Goomy evolves into Sliggoo and learns Dragon Breath.
The Future Is Now, Thanks to Determination!	Clemont's Luxio evolves into Luxray and learns Electric Terrain. Clemont leaves the group and heads to Lumiose City in a helicopter to train before his Gym battle with Ash.
A Fork in the Road! A Parting of the Ways!	Clemont begins training in preparation for his Gym battle with Ash, adding his Gym Pokémon back to his active party. Clemont's Bunnelby learns a new move, which goes unspecified for now. Jessie attempts to release Wobbuffet, but Wobbuffet decides to stay with her.
Battling with Elegance and a Big Smile!	Clemont meets a Trainer named Sawyer, whom he defeats in a Gym battle. Serena meets Aria for the first time. Aria's Braixen is revealed to have evolved into Delphox. Aria is revealed to own an Aromatisse. Serena's Fennekin evolves into Braixen. Serena has a Double Battle against Aria, but the battle is interrupted when Aria gets called away.
Mega Evolution Special III	Alain, Mairin, and Steven arrive in Rustboro City. Alain and Steven battle Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre. Mega Rayquaza reappears, stopping the rampage between Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre. Lysandre obtains the legendary Giant Rock. Professor Sycamore learns that Alain can use Mega Evolution. Alain separates from Mairin and returns to Lysandre Labs to train. Mairin returns to Kalos with Steven to search for Alain.
Good Friends, Great Training!	Ash, Serena, and Bonnie meet up with Tierno again. Tierno is revealed to have earned the Voltage Badge from Clembot. Tierno's Squirtle is revealed to have evolved into a Wartortle. Tierno is revealed to have obtained a Politoed, a Hitmontop, a Ludicolo, and a Raichu. Ash's Sliggoo evolves into Goodra and learns Dragon Pulse. Ash has a Double Battle with Tierno and wins. Ash and his friends arrive back at Lumiose City.
Confronting the Darkess!	Ash, Serena, and Bonnie arrive back in Lumiose City and reunite with Clemont. Clemont learns that Serena's Fennekin and Ash's Sliggoo have evolved into Braixen and Goodra, respectively. Ash and his friends encounter Meyer and Alexa again.
The Moment of Lumiose Truth!	The move Clemont's Bunnelby learned earlier is revealed to be Wild Charge. Clemont's Heliolisk is revealed to know Flash and Thunder Wave. Ash's Goodra is revealed to have Hydration as its Ability. Ash has a Gym battle with Clemont and wins, earning the Voltage Badge. Ash learns that the next Gym is located in Laverre City. Clemont returns control of Lumiose Gym and his Gym Pokémon to Clembot while he resumes his travels with Ash.
Garchomp's Mega Bond!	Ash and his friends meet up with Professor Sycamore again. Professor Sycamore is revealed to have obtained a Key Stone and a Garchompite. Professor Sycamore's Garchomp achieves Mega Evolution for the first time. Ash and his friends head for Laverre City for Ash's next Gym battle. Professor Sycamore discovers the identity of Blaziken Mask. Meyer decides to help Professor Sycamore with his research in Mega Evolution.
Defending the Homeland!	Ash and his friends arrive at Goodra's homeland. Ash and his friends learn the full story behind the invasion of Goodra's homeland. Ash's Goodra learns Ice Beam.
Beyond the Rainbow!	Ash and his friends learn the truth about why Florges invaded Goodra's homeland. Ash leaves Goodra at the wetlands so that it can stay with its friends.
A Fashionable Battle!	Ash and his friends arrive in Laverre City and meet the Leader of the Laverre Gym, Valerie. Clemont meets up with Sawyer again, while Ash, Serena, and Bonnie meet him for the first time. Sawyer is revealed to have obtained a Bagon. Ash and Sawyer have a Double Battle, which is interrupted. Sawyer has a battle against Valerie and loses.
Fairy-Type Trickery!	Ash's Hawlucha is revealed to have learned X-Scissor. Ash has a Gym battle with Valerie and wins, earning the Fairy Badge.
Rivals: Today and Tomorrow!	Sawyer is revealed to own a Slurpuff. Serena learns that a Pokémon Showcase will be held in Dendemille Town. Ash learns that the next Gym is located in Anistar City. Sawyer's Treecko evolves into Grovyle. Ash has a three-on-three battle against Sawyer and wins. Sawyer leaves the group and heads to Coumarine City to face Ramos.
A Not-So-Flying-Start!	Ash and his friends come across a Pokémon Egg, which hatches into a Noibat. Ash's Fletchinder is revealed to have Flame Body as its Ability. Ash catches the newly hatched Noibat.
A Relay in the Sky!	Ash competes in the Pokémon Sky Relay with his Flying-type Pokémon Fletchinder, Hawlucha, and Noibat; and gets second place. Noibat learns how to fly.
Performing with Fiery Charm!	Ash and his friends arrive in Dendemille Town and meet up with Miette again. Miette is revealed to have obtained a male Meowstic. Serena, Jessie, and Miette compete in the Dendemille Showcase Rookie Class. Serena wins the Dendemille Showcase, earning her first Princess Key.
A Festival Trade! A Festival Farewell?	Jessie trades her Pumpkaboo for Count Pumpka's Mawile. As a result of the trade, Pumpkaboo evolves into Gourgeist. Jessie trades Mawile back for her newly evolved Gourgeist.
Over the Mountain of Snow!	Jessie's Gourgeist is revealed to have learned Seed Bomb.
Mending a Broken Spirit!	Serena's Braixen learns Fire Blast. Serena's Braixen receives a new stick wand, decorated with a ribbon.
A Legendary Photo Op!	Ash and his friends meet up with Trevor again. Trevor's Charmander is revealed to have evolved into Charmeleon. Ash has a battle against Trevor and wins. Trevor is revealed to have earned the Bug Badge from Viola. Ash's Fletchinder evolves into Talonflame and learns Brave Bird.
The Tiny Caretaker!	Clemont tries and fails to catch a Tyrantrum for Bonnie to take care of, due to it already belonging to someone else.
A Trip Down Memory Train!	Clemont reveals how he got his Bunnelby.
A Frolicking Find in the Flowers!	Serena learns that a Pokémon Showcase will be held in Anistar City. Serena catches an Eevee.
Tag Team Battle Inspiration!	Ash and his friends arrive in Anistar City and meet up with Tierno and Shauna again. Tierno's Wartortle and Shauna's Bulbasaur are revealed to have evolved into Blastoise and Ivysaur, respectively. Tierno is revealed to have challenged the Anistar Gym and lost. Ash and Tierno have a Tag Battle against Serena and Shauna, which is called off. Ash has a battle against Tierno, but the result is left unknown.
A Performance Pop Quiz!	Ash and his friends meet up with Nini again. Serena, Jessie, Shauna, and Nini all compete in the Anistar City Pokémon Showcase Rookie Class. Serena wins the Showcase, earning her second Princess Key. Shauna is revealed to have earned her second Princess Key. Shauna and Tierno part ways with Ash and his friends, and return to Trevor.
Cloudy Fate, Bright Future!	Ash and his friends meet up with Professor Sycamore again. Ash and his friends learn about Anistar City's giant sundial. Ash and his friends meet Olympia, the Gym Leader of the Anistar Gym. Olympia predicts Ash, his friends, and Team Rocket will have an important role in a future crisis. She also predicts Ash's Frogadier will have a unique power when it evolves. Ash, his friends, and Professor Sycamore learn more about Ash's Frogadier's past.
All Eyes on the Future!	Ash has a Gym battle against Olympia and wins, earning the Psychic Badge. Professor Sycamore gives Ash and Serena a new Pokédex. Ash learns of a Gym in Snowbelle City and decides to head there.
Mega Evolution Special IV	Alain and Mairin reunite. Alain has a battle with Malva of the Kalos Elite Four and wins. Chespie meets a Zygarde Core and helps it escape from Lysandre Labs, but becomes ill in the process and falls into coma. Lysandre is revealed to have a Key Stone. Alain sets off on a quest to restore Chespie's health.
From A to Z!	Ash and his friends find a Zygarde Core which Bonnie nicknames Squishy. Squishy is revealed to know Land's Wrath. Ash and his friends meet up with Sawyer again. Ash and his friends encounter Team Flare for the first time. Sawyer is revealed to have earned four more Badges. Sawyer tells Ash and his friends about Terminus Cave, which the group decides to visit on their way to Snowbelle City. Ash and Alain cross paths for the first time, but neither pays any attention to the other.
Love Strikes! Eevee, Yikes!	Ash and his friends tell Professor Sycamore about Squishy. Serena's Eevee is revealed to know Double Team.
A Giga Battle with Mega Results!	Ash and his friends encounter Professor Sycamore again. Professor Sycamore starts to research on Squishy.
The Legend of the Ninja Hero!	Ash and his friends meet up with Sanpei again, and then they meet his brothers Ippei and Nihei in person.
A Festival of Decisions!	Ash's Frogadier evolves into Greninja and learns Water Shuriken. Ash's Greninja transforms into Ash-Greninja for the first time, though no one is aware of it.
A Dancing Debut!	Ash and his friends arrive in Couriway Town and meet up with Nini again. Nini is revealed to have obtained a Gothita and to have earned two Princess Keys. Serena, Jessie, and Nini enter the Couriway Showcase Rookie Class and Jessie wins, earning her first Princess Key.
Meeting at Terminus Cave!	Ash and his friends arrive at Terminus Cave and encounter Team Flare again. Ash's Noibat is revealed to know Tackle. Ash and his friends see Squishy changing its form for the first time. Squishy gets separated from Ash and his friends.
A Cellular Connection!	Squishy returns to travel with the group.
A Windswept Encounter!	Ash's Noibat learns Acrobatics.
Party Dancecapades!	Ash and his friends meet up with Miette again. Ash and Serena have a Tag Battle against Miette and James and win. Serena's Eevee evolves into Sylveon and learns Fairy Wind. Serena learns that a Pokémon Showcase will be held in Fleurrh City.
A Meeting of Two Journeys!	Ash and his friends meet up with Sawyer again. Sawyer's Bagon and Grovyle are revealed to have evolved into a Shelgon and Sceptile, respectively. Sawyer is revealed to have caught a Honedge. Ash has a three-on-three battle with Sawyer and wins. Ash and his friends officially meet Alain for the first time. Ash battles Alain and loses. Clemont vows to help Ash control his Greninja's form using his inventions, which will be revealed later on.
An Explosive Operation!	Giovanni assigns Jessie, James, and Meowth to capture Zygarde. Team Rocket attempt to capture Z2, but they are stopped by Team Flare and Alain. Z2 is captured by Team Flare.
Master Class Choices!	Ash and his friends arrive in Fleurrh City. Serena enters the Fleurrh Showcase Rookie Class and wins, earning her third Princess Key and thus qualifying for the Master Class. Serena meets Palermo for the first time. Serena learns that the Pokémon Showcase Master Class will take place in Gloire City.
An Electrifying Rage!	Ash's Noibat evolves into Noivern and learns Boomburst.
Unlocking Some Respect!	Xerosic begins experimenting on Z2.
Master Class is in Session!	Ash and his friends arrive in Gloire City and meet up with Nini, Miette, and Shauna again. Nini, Miette, Shauna, and Jessilee are revealed to have three Princess Keys each. Serena, Nini, Miette, Shauna, and Jessilee all enter the Gloire City Pokémon Showcase Master Class. Serena, Shauna, and Jessilee advance to the semifinals.
Performing a Pathway to the Future!	Serena defeats Shauna and Jessilee in the semifinals and moves on to the finals. Aria is revealed to own a Vivillon. Aria defeats Serena in the finals and retains the title of Kalos Queen. Palermo offers to tutor Serena. Serena eventually turns down Palermo's offer in order to continue traveling with her friends, although the offer remains open.
The Synchronicity Test!	Clemont invents a wristband-like mechanic to enhance and analyze Ash and Greninja when using the Ash-Greninja form. Ash and his friends encounter Alain again. Alain is revealed to own a Metang. Ash has a battle against Alain and loses. Ash has a second battle with Alain, but it is abandoned when Ash collapses due to the strain of using the Ash-Greninja form.
Championing a Research Battle!	Olympia tells Diantha about the upcoming threat to Kalos. Ash and his friends meet up with Diantha again. Diantha informs Ash and his friends about various incidents happening all over Kalos, including the island that Team Flare used to experiment on, and about Zygarde. Ash's Greninja reaches its final Ash-Greninja form for the first time. Ash has a rematch against Diantha, which is interrupted when Ash overexerts himself during the battle and collapses with Greninja.
A Full-Strength Battle Surprise!	Ash and his friends meet up with Sawyer again. Sawyer is revealed to have earned three more Badges, thus bringing his total to eight and qualifying him for the Kalos League. Ash has another battle against Sawyer and loses, suffering his first loss to the latter. Sawyer's Honedge is revealed to have evolved into Doublade. Ash's Noivern is revealed to have learned Dragon Claw. Sawyer is revealed to have obtained a Clawitzer. During the battle, Ash attempts to activate Greninja's Ash-Greninja form, but it fails for the first time. Sawyer travels with Ash and his friends as they head towards Snowbelle City.
All Hail the Ice Battlefield!	Ash and his friends arrive in Snowbelle City and meet Wulfric, the Leader of the Snowbelle Gym. Ash has a Gym battle with Wulfric and loses. Sawyer leaves the group. Dejected by his loss to Wulfric, Ash goes off by himself into the Winding Woods.
Seeing the Forest for the Trees!	Ash and Greninja perfect the Ash-Greninja form. Ash and his friends learn that the Kalos League will be held in Lumiose City.
A Real Icebreaker!	Ash has a rematch against Wulfric and wins, earning the Iceberg Badge and thus qualifying for the Lumiose Conference. Ash and his friends prepare to head back to Lumiose City in order to participate in the Lumiose Conference.
A Diamond in the Rough!	Ash and his friends visit the wetlands again and meet up with Goodra and Keanan. Alain is revealed to have begun collecting Badges. Alain defeats Korrina at the Shalour Gym and earns the Rumble Badge, fulfilling his requirements for entering the Lumiose Conference.
A League of His Own!	Ash and his friends arrive back in Lumiose City and meet up with Tierno, Trevor, Sawyer, and Alain again, all of whom have earned the eight required Badges. Ash and his friends meet Malva for the first time. Ash, Tierno, Trevor, Sawyer, and Alain all enter the Lumiose Conference. Alain briefly reunites with Professor Sycamore. The Lumiose Conference begins. Trevor's Charmeleon is revealed to have evolved into Charizard. Trevor is revealed to have obtained a Key Stone, a Charizardite Y, an Aerodactyl, and a Florges. Alain and Ash defeat Trevor and Titus, respectively, and advance to the second round.
Valuable Experience for All!	Sawyer is revealed to have obtained a Slaking. Ash, Sawyer, and Tierno are all revealed to have made it to the quarterfinals. Ash defeats Astrid in the quarterfinals, advancing to the semifinals. Alain is revealed to have also advanced to the semifinals. Ash and his friends meet up with Shauna again. Sawyer's Doublade is revealed to have evolved into Aegislash. Sawyer is revealed to have obtained a Key Stone and a Sceptilite. Sawyer defeats Tierno in the quarterfinals, advancing to the semifinals. Ash and Alain are revealed to be facing Sawyer and Remo, respectively, in the semifinals. Ash's Goodra returns to Ash's party as his sixth member for the Full Battle against Sawyer.
Analysis Versus Passion!	Alain's Metang is revealed to have evolved into Metagross. Alain defeats Remo in a Full Battle in the semifinals, advancing to the finals. Ash begins his semifinal Full Battle against Sawyer.
A Riveting Rivalry!	Sawyer's Shelgon is revealed to have evolved into Salamence. The Full Battle between Ash and Sawyer ends in Ash's victory, advancing him to the finals to face Alain.
Kalos League Passion with a Certain Flare!	Ash and his friends meet up with Meyer and Clembot again. Ash and his friends meet Mairin for the first time. Ash and his friends learn about Bond Phenomenon from Professor Sycamore. Team Flare continue their plans for Z2 by secretly taking over the Lumiose Gym. Ash meets Lysandre for the first time. Ash and Alain prepare to start their Full Battle in the finals.
Finals Not for the Faint-Hearted!	Ash and Alain begin their Full Battle in the finals. Alain is revealed to own a Tyranitar, a Weavile, a Bisharp, and an Unfezant.
Down to the Fiery Finish!	The Full Battle between Ash and Alain ends in Alain's victory, making him the winner of the Lumiose Conference. Team Flare places Z2 under their control. The Lumiose Conference ends. Z2 transforms into its 50% Forme and attacks Lumiose City. Squishy goes off by itself to encounter Z2.
A Towering Takeover!	Ash learns that Lysandre is the boss of Team Flare and that Alain has been working for him. Ash and his Pokémon are captured by Team Flare. Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie encounter Lysandre for the first time. Alain learns of Lysandre's true nature. Squishy is revealed to know Dragon Pulse. Ash and his friends see Squishy change into its 50% Forme for the first time and learn that Squishy is actually a Zygarde.
Coming Apart at the Dreams!	Squishy battles against Z2, but ends up getting subdued by it. Squishy is revealed to know Extreme Speed. Lysandre reveals to Alain his true purpose of having him collect Mega Evolution energy. Serena, Mairin, and Professor Sycamore head to Lysandre Labs to rescue Chespie, with the help of Team Rocket. Ash and Greninja free themselves from Lysandre's binds using Bond Phenomenon, with Alain helping to free his other Pokémon. Alain turns against Lysandre. Clemont and Clembot defeat Bryony and Aliana, with Clembot subduing them afterwards, allowing them to infiltrate the Lumiose Gym in order to reclaim it. Team Flare places Squishy under their control. Ash and Alain begin their battle against Lysandre.
The Right Hero for the Right Job!	Ash and Alain continue their battle against Lysandre, but are temporarily interrupted by Malva. Clemont battles Xerosic and wins, reclaiming the Lumiose Gym. Steven arrives to help out Serena, Professor Sycamore, and Mairin at Lysandre Labs. Serena meets Steven for the first time. Team Rocket begins their battle against Celosia. Ash learns that Malva is part of Team Flare. Malva is revealed to be in opposition of Lysandre's plan, and she turns against him. Serena, Professor Sycamore, and Mairin successfully rescue Chespie. Bonnie sings Puni-chan's Song to Squishy, freeing it from Team Flare's mind control. Clemont destroys the machine controlling Z2, which in turn destroys Clembot, at the robot's own request. Z2 is also released from Team Flare's control, apparently thwarting Lysandre's evil scheme.
Rocking Kalos Defenses!	Ash and Alain defeat Lysandre. Team Rocket defeats and subdues Celosia and Mable. The Giant Rock inside Lysandre Labs absorbs Chespie and takes the form of a Zygarde 50% Forme. The Giant Rock destroys Lysandre Labs and heads towards the Anistar City Sundial, threatening to cause an explosion that would destroy the world. Bonnie persuades Z2 to trust her. Ash encounters Steven again. Ash and his friends, along with Alain, Mairin, Professor Sycamore, Blaziken Mask, Steven, Malva, and Team Rocket, follow the Giant Rock. Diantha and all the Gym Leaders of Kalos arrive to join the battle against the Giant Rock.
Forming a More Perfect Union!	Ash and Alain rescue Chespie from the Giant Rock, temporarily stopping it. Lysandre returns and gains control of the Giant Rock. Clemont and Bonnie discover that Blaziken Mask is Meyer, their father. Squishy and Z2 combine into Zygarde Complete Forme in order to battle and destroy the Giant Rock. Squishy is revealed to know Core Enforcer. The Giant Rock is destroyed, with Lysandre disappearing in the process, leaving his fate unknown and resulting in Team Flare's defeat. Malva decides to disband Team Flare and turn herself in. Chespie wakes up from its coma. Squishy leaves with Z2.
Battling With a Clean Slate!	Clemont rebuilds Clembot and reopens the Lumiose Gym. Team Rocket plans to return to the Team Rocket HQ once the Lumiose Airport reopens. Ash reveals that he is planning to head back to Pallet Town. Clemont's Magnemite is revealed to know Electro Ball; his Magneton is revealed to know Rain Dance, Thunder, and Sonic Boom; and his Heliolisk is revealed to know Focus Blast. Professor Sycamore gives medals to Ash, his friends, Alain, Mairin, and their Pokémon for their heroic efforts against Team Flare. Professor Sycamore requests Alain to become his assistant again. Serena considers accepting the offer that Palermo made to her earlier.
The First Day of the Rest of Your Life!	Ash and Serena have a battle, which is eventually called off. Serena again declines Palermo's earlier offer, having decided to continue traveling in order to increase her skills. On Palermo's advice, Serena decides to head to Hoenn to compete in Pokémon Contests.
Facing the Needs of the Many!	Ash's Goodra returns to its home in the wetlands. Xerosic returns, intending to create Team Neo Flare, but is defeated and arrested. Ash and his friends meet up with Squishy and Z2 again. Ash releases Greninja so that it can detect and destroy the reappearing roots caused by the Team Flare crisis with Squishy and Z2. Bonnie promises to Squishy that she will go on another adventure with it once she becomes a Trainer.
Till We Compete Again!	Team Rocket heads back to the Team Rocket Headquarters. Serena leaves the group and heads to Hoenn, arriving there sometime later. Ash and Clemont have a battle, with the end result left unknown. Ash separates from Clemont and Bonnie, leaving the Kalos region and returning to Pallet Town.
XYS06	Cilan is revealed to have traveled to Kalos for a fishing competition held in Lumiose City. Clemont and Bonnie meet Cilan for the first time. Cilan's Pansage is revealed to have learned Vine Whip. Cilan leaves Lumiose City to head to the Tower of Mastery.
