Template use
You should only use this template when you're working on a certain article. This template is NOT for articles that are plainly incomplete, have low quality, or just need to be split or merged.
Note that it's REALLY not for a userspace.
Section construction
If the construction is section-wide, but not article-wide, type {{construction|section}} and it'll give you this:
