(Japanese: ウララ Urara) is a one-time character who appeared in DP114. She is voiced by 川澄綾子 Ayako Kawasumi in Japanese.
She is a Coordinator who entered the Akebi Contest along with Dawn. Urara first met Dawn outside the Akebi Contest Hall after her Gabite got into a confrontation with Pachirisu after it stepped on its Poffin. Urara offered Pachirisu one of her Poffins but the Pokémon refused it, making her feel a little insulted.
