Unburden (Japanese: かるわざ Risky Undertaking) is an ability that doubles Speed when the Pokémon's hold item is lost. If there is no hold item to begin with or if a hold item is merely traded for another, Unburden will not activate. Two Pokémon have this ability, both from the same evolutionary line. It was introduced in Generation IV.
