Release information

This card was released as one of the SM Black Star Promos available in the Guardians Rising Three Pack Blisters, released alongside the Guardians Rising expansion, and features artwork by TOKIYA. In Japan, this card was released as a SM-P Promotional card included in Turtonator Decks that could be purchased at Pokémon Card Game Classroom deck building learning events. These events were held on weekends throughout 2017 at participating stores across the country, starting on the weekend of January 14 and 15, 2017. The Half Deck includes two versions of the card: one with a Poké Ball symbol and one with a Poké Ball symbol in addition to the number "12". It was reprinted in the Burning Shadows expansion with new artwork by Kouki Saitou, first released as another Japanese SM-P Promotional card, made available in the Turtonator Special Set released January 27, 2017 in Japan.
