Tracey Sketchit (Japanese: ケンジ Kenji) is a Pokémon Watcher from the Orange Islands who likes to sketch everything he sees. He meets Ash and Misty and decides to travel with them when he finds out that they're friends with Professor Oak, who he seems a bit too obsessed with. His Japanese seiyu is 関 智一 Tomokazu Seki, and Ted Lewis in English.
Tracey trains a Marill, Venonat, and a Scyther. Currently he's living in Pallet Town, where he is the assistant of Prof. Oak.
