Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is poisoned or badly poisoned, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Toxic Freebie 1 to Toxic Freebie 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of applying the Free Move Next effect. Toxic Freebie 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
