This card was included in the Battle Styles expansion, first released in the Japanese Rapid Strike Master expansion. It was reprinted as a Holofoil card in the Japanese Inteleon VMAX High-Class Deck.

Origin
The Tower of Waters is a location in Galar where the player can evolve Kubfu into Rapid Strike Style Urshifu.
