A Tourist (Japanese: ツアーきゃく Tourist) is a type of Pokémon Trainer introduced in Generation VI. They are depicted as people from other regions traveling to and staying in Kalos for leisure. As they represent the large number of Japanese tourists that visit France, most of them have Japanese names. A male Tourist and a young female Tourist are called Honeymooners.
They are very similar to the Sightseer Trainer class.
They use any Pokémon not introduced in Generations V or VI (due to them not being based on regions in Japan while Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh were)
