Toshihiro Ono (小野 敏洋 Ono Toshihiro), born February 27, 1965, is the creator of the manga The Electric Tale of Pikachu. He also wrote and illustrated the Pokémon Tales book Pikachu's Unparalleled Adventure. Aside from his work with Pokémon, he also illustrated the first two volumes of the Crest of the Stars manga trilogy and is one of the two writers of the Banner of the Stars manga series.
