You have traveled so long... where are you going off to?
The wind asks, and you pause to consider it...
The roll of a drum has started to sound out.
This sound is the starting of your future life.
You searched long and hard for something,
Your small hands opened to the great future,
And you have found this thing already.
Someone you must be with...
The right number of candles for the cake was added.
Now it is the starting of your great new journey.
And you keep searching for something,
Your eyes brightening with hope for the future,
And you have had it in your pocket,
Shared with someone you know you must be with...
Some encounters... | |||
Some partings... | |||
And memories you think happened many, many years ago...
You've traveled so long... Where are you going to?
The wind asks, and you look up to the sky...
You've traveled so long... Where are you going to?
You ask yourself, and start again, together with the wind.
Your step strong on the ground, you're going as long as you can,
And you will catch the dream you are going towards!

Together With the Wind, or Kaze to Issho Ni as it is more widely known, is the ending theme for the Japanese version of the first movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back. The song, which has been variously translated as Walk with the Wind, In the Company of the WInd, and simply With the Wind, is sung by Sachiko Kobayashi, a Japanese enka singer and voice actress, who happens to play the voice of Voyager in the movie.
In addition to it's Karaoke version, it was coupled with Suteki na Collection in it's Single version. It appears in the Double CD Set Sound Picture Box Mewtwo - Birth of Mewtwo, on the second CD, Mewtwo Strikes Back Score, as track 25.
