The Time Balm (Japanese: ときのシズメダマ Quelling Ball of Time) is a Key Item introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Effect

During Mission 19: "The Counterpart", if the player chose Irida during Mission 14, Time Balms are used to calm the frenzied Dialga in its Origin Forme, thus allowing the player to catch it with the Origin Ball. They are also usable in the post-game rematches against it.
