The spikes on its tail discharge immense bolts of lightning. It flies around the Unova region firing off lightning bolts.

Release information

This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Emerging Powers expansion, first released in the Japanese White Collection. Both prints feature artwork by 5ban Graphics. It was reprinted in Japan in the Thundurus Half Deck of the Battle Gift Set: Thundurus vs Tornadus with new artwork by the same artist. This print was subsequently included in the Forces of Nature Collection in April 2012. It was reprinted again in the Legendary Treasures expansion with different artwork by Yukiko Baba, originating from the Japanese EX Battle Boost. A Non Holofoil version of this print was included in the Battle Arena Decks: Black Kyurem vs. White Kyurem, released June 16, 2017.
