Thunder Fang (Japanese: かみなりのキバ Thunder Fang) is a damage-dealing Electric-type move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Thunder Fang deals damage and has a 10% chance of paralyzing the opponent. It also has a 10% chance of causing the target to flinch, if the user attacks before the target.

Thunder Fang can also be used as part of a Contest Spectacular combination, with the user gaining an extra three appeal points if the move Charge was used in the prior turn.

It then bites down on the opponent, and they become surrounded in yellow sparks or sparks of yellow electricity forms inside Luxray's mouth, then the sparks grow, form into four fang shaped sparks, and stretch to the outside of its mouth and then it bites down onto its opponent with the four electrical fangs.
