Throat Chop (Japanese: じごくづき Hell Thrust) is a damage-dealing Dark-type move introduced in Generation VII. Prior to Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, it was one of the signature moves of Incineroar.

Effect

Throat Chop inflicts damage and prevents the target from using sound-based moves for two turns. Status Z-moves are completely unaffected.
