Moved Nando

I moved Nando up to rivals. If we're includeing Solidad (Who only appeared during the Kanto grand festival) Nando deserves to be up there. He's been in various episodes and both ash and dawn, as well as zoey to some extent seem to veiw him as a freindly rival. Lego3400 18:04, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Your edit put Nando out of order compared with the others in that category. You put Nando, who debuted in DP004, after Zoey, who debuted seven episodes later. I've went ahead and adjusted it so that Nando comes before Zoey but after Paul, who debuted two episodes earlier. --Shiningpikablu252 18:12, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

He's more of a gag than anything. He always appears unannounced and for a very short period, and always tries to con someone (usually James).
