Template for inputting Wonder Cards.

lang: Language; either English (eng), Japanese (jap), Korean (kor), French (fra), German (ger), Italian (ita), or Spanish (spa); eng is the default
ms: Number of minisprites; 1, 2 or 3 only; 1 is the default
- ms1:The first minisprite
- ms2:The second minisprite
- ms3:The third minisprite
title: Title of the Wonder Card.
msg: Message of the Wonder Card.
