Twin Starmie

The Twin Starmie team (Japanese: ツインスターミー Twin Starmie) are minor recurring characters who appeared in Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon. They are students at the Pokémon School.

History

They first appeared in A Guardian Rematch!, where they watched Ash battle against Tapu Koko.

They appeared again in Mounting an Electrifying Charge!, where they entered the Charjabug race with a Charjabug. They raced against Ash, Sophocles, and Kiawe, who had entered with Sophocles's Charjabug; and Team Rocket, who disguised Meowth as a Charjabug. During the race, the Twin Starmie team managed to get to the first section, where they were stopped by a Boldore creating a huge wall of rocks. The team tried to copy the Sophocles Lab team's strategy of overcoming this by having their Charjabug launch of the team's runner's back, but due to their racing car not being sturdy enough, it broke. They appeared again during a fantasy in the Poké Problem segment for SM083.

Charjabug is the Twin Starmie team's only known Pokémon. During the race, the Twin Starmie team managed to get to the first section, where they were stopped by a Boldore creating a huge wall of rocks. The team tried to copy the Sophocles Lab team's strategy of overcoming this by having Charjabug launch of the team's runner's back, but due to their racing car not being sturdy enough, it broke. With this, the Twin Starmie team was eliminated from the race.
