(As they didn't have a real Meowth (but simply someone in a costume), I've removed it from their roster)

Old Film starring Team Righteous

Team Righteous (Japanese: スケット団 Suketto Gang) are characters of the day in the Pokémon anime who appeared in the episode We're No Angels. They were technically cameos and do not actually exist, being characters from a TV show that the local townspeople believed were real. They bear a remarkable resemblance to Team Rocket (to the point where one of their members wears a Meowth costume), but fight for good instead of evil.

They are the archetypal heroes and are always doing what is right to an exaggerated degree. They have strong moral compasses and are powerful enough to take on all evil they face. They are fictitious characters in a black-and-white TV show that the people in the town Team Rocket landed in think are real news reports.

They were basically in the episode to allow Team Rocket an alibi to remake themselves as heroes and stay in the town. As such, there was no real character development and they were only briefly seen on an old black-and-white cinema reel player.
