This card was released in the EX Team Magma vs Team Aqua expansion, first originating from the Japanese Aqua Deck Kit. An exclusive Non-Holofoil print of this card was included in the English Team Aqua Theme Deck.
Trivia
Origin
In the Pokémon games, Team Aqua's main ambition is to awaken Kyogre and use its powers to raise the levels of the world's seas. However, contrary to the card, they never actually gain possession of Kyogre in the games.
