This card was released in {{TCG|POP Series 2}} with artwork originating from a {{TCG|joint illustration}} by [[Kouki Saitou]], originating from the Japanese {{TCG|PokéPark Blue}} Premium File. A Cosmos Holofoil print of the English card was one of two cards available in the {{TCGMerch|EX|Series|EX Crystal Guardians Blisters}}, released around August 2006. It was made available again in the {{TCGMerch|EX|Series|Tauros Value Pack}}, released in February 2007. In Japan, it was reprinted as a {{TCG|PCG-P Promotional cards|PCG-P Promotional card}} with different artwork by an unknown artist and made available to those who rode the ''Pokémon Exciting Safari'' at the {{OBP|PokéPark|theme park}} in March 2005. The logo for this ride is in the bottom right corner of the illustration, covering the illustrator name.

This card was released in POP Series 2 with artwork originating from a joint illustration by Kouki Saitou, originating from the Japanese PokéPark Blue Premium File. A Cosmos Holofoil print of the English card was one of two cards available in the EX Crystal Guardians Blisters, released around August 2006. It was made available again in the Tauros Value Pack, released in February 2007. In Japan, it was reprinted as a PCG-P Promotional card with different artwork by an unknown artist and made available to those who rode the Pokémon Exciting Safari at the PokéPark in March 2005.
