Legendary?

Isn't this a Legendary Pokémon? If so, why isn't it listed as such? --Wynd Fox 05:57, 24 October 2013 (UTC)

Two possible reasons: either someone simply overlooked it or the staff is waiting for official confirmation of its legendary status before adding it. (Though it seems obvious that it's the Rayquaza/Giratina/Kyurem of this generation, there's always still the infinitesimal chance that Nintendo could be throwing us for a loop somehow.) It's just been overlooked. It's a Legendary. Ataro (talk) 06:08, 24 October 2013 (UTC)

Dex Trivia?

Is it notable that it's last both numerically in the National Dex and alphabetically? --Wynd Fox 19:39, 24 October 2013 (UTC)

I don't have an issue with it. --Pokemaster97 19:54, 24 October 2013 (UTC)

Image origin

Where did this image come from, why does it not look like the usual Ken Sugimori art style, why doesn't it look like the other, front forward facing Zygarde pic I keep seeing next to Xerneas and Yveltal? Yamitora1 (talk) 08:46, 25 October 2013 (UTC)

It's not the official artwork, only a placeholder that is used for now (at least it seems so to me). It's the Global Link artwork as stated on the file's page. Արիանո 08:53, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
And the image you're talking is just fanart. Ataro (talk) 09:23, 25 October 2013 (UTC)

Physical appearance

Given its underground habits, its partial insect-like appearance and the fact it sports tail-end cerci and six tiny limbs close to its head; I'd say Zygarde's design might've been inspired by a beetle larvae/grub, a Ground Beetle larva to be precise, given its shape. Would it be alright to add that to the origin section? --Jomarori (talk) 15:00, 25 October 2013 (UTC)

Terminus Cave Zygarde doesn't come with Land's Wrath

Ok, this kind of ticked me off, because when I first got my Zygarde, I looked at his moveset, and saw that he had 3 attack moves and a non-attack move I had never seen before. I assumed that this move (Which was camouflage) was Zygarde's special. The fact this wasn't a attacking move annoyed me, but I kept it none the less. Now I've looked up Zygarde's moveset, and I find out that what I thought was it's special move, Camouflage, was actually introduced in Gen. III. It's actual special is called Land's Wrath, and my Zygarde didn't come with this move. Is this an error on Nintendo's behalf, giving Zygarde out as a level 70 that can't learn it's special move, or have I got unlucky? When I first saw Zygarde, only two days into Pokemon X/Y's release (I defeated the pokémon league in about 1.5 days), I felt excited that I was probably the first person to find this legendary. Now I find out that whilst I may have been the first person to capture this legendary (And obtain the 3 Gen. IV legendary orbs), my special pokémon will never know it's special move. Perhaps instead of allowing the Froakie evolution line to learn Water Shuriken twice, Nintendo should have thought about this instead. IwAsSoMeGuY (talk) 13:20, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
