Pikachu Promos

Hi all, new user here, having trouble working out the origins of these cards, going through old collection, came across a small folder i bought second hand, there was no advertising at all, no bloke trying to scam me, just some women supping tea. anywho, they are WotC Black Star Promos, but they all have a holographic Pikachu tail symbol on the left hand side, the mirror to where the Black Star is. There are 9, each 1 in different language. 1 Pikachu Portuguese "Ivy Pikachu" 4 Pikachu Dutch "Pikachu: The First Movie" Does not have Warner Bros. golden logo 24 's Pikachu English "Birthday Pikachu" Non-holographic 25 Fliegandes Pikachu German "Flying Pikachu" 26 Pikachu Spanish "Snap Pikachu" 27 Pikachu Italian "Bumblebee Pikachu"/"Tiger Pikachu" 28 Pikachu surfeur French "Surfing Pikachu" 58/102 피카츄 Korean Base Set, has no expansion symbol, only left hand side Golden Pikcahu tail symbol 60/64 皮卡丘 Chinese Jungle, has the Jungle expansion symbol, and left hand side Golden Pikcahu tail symbol

Black Dots On Right Hand Side Of MewTwo & Dragonite Promos On WOTC's Official Site

I noticed that on an archive of the Wizards Of The Coast site on the page talking about promo cards for the first movie that the MewTwo, and Dragonite cards on the right hand side three black dots on those images used, with the right half of the dots being on the yellow border, with the Electrabuzz, and Pikachu cards not having this. I was wondering why the reasoning for these black dots are, maybe to prevent counterfeits from the site? Doubt it with how low res those images are. Here's the page that I viewed which has these cards I'm talking about btw.--Teh supar hackr (talk) 09:33, 15 February 2021 (UTC)

Ignore that, found out the does was'int actully on the image itself, and was the archive of the page on archive.org that had the bullet points of the cards overlapping those card images on the site.--Teh supar hackr (talk) 09:35, 15 February 2021 (UTC)
