Why don't we have a Diamond Dust section anymore? As it was said above, a table of days on which it's available would be great. I've been looking for Diamond Dust on this 'pedia, and there's mentions of it here and there but only one page has dates (and those are for Diamond and Pearl) and they mention it existing in GenV but it's never said where or when (unless it says when on that location's page, which is absolutely useless unless you already know it appears at that location). A simple table on this page is all it takes. Pretty sure there used to be one. [[User:Me, Hurray!|Me, Hurray!]] ([[User talk:Me, Hurray!|talk]]) 01:05, 29 May 2013 (UTC) |

Mystery Dungeon
Might there be some mention of the various weather effects in the Mystery Dungeon games? --DarkfireTaimatsu 18:33, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
- It's a good idea, but it seems that people are too lazy to work on it... --ht14 10:32, 22 April 2008 (GMT)
- Over 2 years later, I decided to finally just do it myself. Hooray. --DarkfireTaimatsu 06:25, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
Abilities???
Why is this categorized in Abilities????
Pictures?
Where are the pictures of the desert and fog weather conditions from? I've never seen them and I think it would be better if they were from locations we can actually visit Shiny Lanturn 13:14, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

Fog
Fog was first introduced in PMD I. Interesting? It halved the power of a specific type of move (I think the Electric-type). It's the Θρtιmαtum♏Talk|Links02:43 4 Jun 2008
Solarbeam
I just found that in Pokemon Pearl,Solarbeam can fire in the second round as it is rain,so I better removed that part.Indeed, did solarbeam need two turn charge up in rain???

Moonlight in Intense Sun
The moonlight move page says that using it in sunlight will recover full HP, and this page says that it recovers two-thirds. Which is it? Flaaffy 05:44, 5 July 2008 (UTC)

Weather Ball against Rayquaza
PBR Weather Ball Test
- Team 1: Giratina and Castform
- Team 2: Rayquaza and Darkrai
- Turn 1: Use Hail: Started hailing in the colleseum. Castform did not change form. No one toook damage.
- Turn 2: Use Weather Ball on Darkrai as test. Appears icy.
- Turn 3: Use Weather Ball on Rayquaza. Appears icy, super effective. Rayquaza dies. Castform transformed to ice form. Darkrai and Giratina took damage.
Weather Conditions page.
- However, it should be noted that when fighting against Rayquaza, Psyduck, and Golduck, due to their ability to negate all weather effects, Castform is incapable of changing forms and incapable of having a different typed Weather Ball.
Question: Glitch in PBR or typo on page? - unsigned comment from Giratina's Embodiment (talk • contribs) 20:49, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- Try it in a handheld game. --CUBONE (Planet Cubone • Bone Club) PWNS 20:51, 5 August 2009 (UTC)
- Can't. Lost my Rayquaza in a trade for Deoxys. know any YouTubers that posted a video with similarities?
- Also, that doesn't answer my question, though I will alter it: Glitch or not? - unsigned comment from Giratina's Embodiment (talk • contribs) 21:02, 5 August 2009 (UTC)

Reworking the Weather Conditions page
I was just wondering if I could rework the Weather Conditions page into something more readable by introducing bullets into the page. This would make it far more readable than the current one. Graupel 16:22, 28 December 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, I think that the page would benefit from it. --SnorlaxMonster 01:36, 29 December 2010 (UTC)
- I would also like to rename the page into Conditions. Weather Conditions leaves out the arena conditions.Graupel 01:46, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
- No. This page is specifically about the weather ones. What do you mean by arena conditions; do you mean moves like Gravity and Trick Room? --SnorlaxMonster 02:00, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
Yes, that is exactly what I mean. Weather conditions leave out Gravity, Trick Room, etc.Graupel 05:19, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
- This page is specifically for the weather ones. I guess you could start "area conditions" in your userspace. --SnorlaxMonster 05:30, 30 December 2010 (UTC)
Rain
It says that in rain, Thunder and Hurricane bypass accuracy check, and Blizzard does so in hail. While in Blizzard's article it say that it will never miss in hail, it is not the case for the other two, in their articles it says only that rain raises accuracy to 100%, while 100% ≠ —%. Which one is right? Marked +-+-+ 17:54, 8 June 2011 (UTC)
- I tested this in Gen IV, and I'm pretty sure they never miss. I lowered my Pokémon's accuracy to -6, then had it use Blizzard while in hail, and it hit both opponents. I then tried with Thunder, lowering its accuracy to -6 again, and used it in the rain, and I managed to land 6 consequetive hits, with no misses at all. Either I am extremely lucky, or weather makes these moves never miss. --SnorlaxMonster 12:23, 26 July 2011 (UTC)
A two things
1. I was under the impression that Fire Blast + Sunny Day recived the same beinfets as Thunder + Rain.
2. Are these effects really only found in DP? Truthseeker4449 15:45, 24 November 2011 (UTC)
Fact Check!
It says in the trivia section that all weather changing abilities were introduced in Gen IV. WHAT! I believe someone forgot two version mascots (with the abilities Drought and Drizzle) that are native to Hoenn. Snow Warning and Sand Stream were introduced in Generation IV. Therefore, I am editing the trivia section. Dudey997 05:17, 25 January 2012 (UTC)
- It says they were introduced one generation after the weather they caused. Sunny Day/Sunny weather, Rain Dance/Rainy weather and Sandstorm were introduced in Generation II. Drought (Groudon), Drizzle (Kyogre) and Sand Stream (Tyrannitar) were introduced in Generation III. Hail was introduced in Generation III, and Snow Warning was introduced in Generation IV. Thus the trivium was accurate. Werdnae (talk) 06:10, 25 January 2012 (UTC)
And I thought I had something... Dudey997 05:56, 26 January 2012 (UTC)
Singular
Shouldn't this page be non-pluralized as Weather condition or simply Weather? Also, I have a colorful template here that could be used for the page. --Abcboy (talk) 02:36, 22 July 2012 (UTC)
Weather quotes
All of these are from several text dumps, but some might be incorrect:
reposted below
I also found this text:
- A deep fog drapes the area... Would you like to use Defog?
- <something> used Defog!
- A deep fog drapes the area... Will a Pokémon’s move lift it?
Is this ever used? --Abcboy (talk) 19:27, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
- Likely field move quote as all HM are field moves and Defog was one in DPPt. I am more curious about the downpour one, actually. Marked +-+-+ (talk) 20:30, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
- There's a problem with that. The fog is everywhere, not just in one spot like the others, and I've never seen that quote before then. This is the original text from veekun's text dumps:
