001Bulbasaur RG.png Due to special coding in place in the article, the artwork featured on this article will change every year on November 21 and October 15 in celebration of the releases of Gold and Silver in Japan, and Gold and Silver in the United States. This will only affect the artwork shown in the infobox. This changes every year, so when the time comes, here to return to the page and change the display.

I edited this page because it appeared biased. Tyranitar are not evil Pokémon. As far as I know, the only truly evil Pokémon is Spiritomb. - unsigned comment from Ettina (talkcontribs)

3D Shiny?

Kind of old but should it be noted that in both Pokemon Stadium games that Tyranitar's shiny status in them is pink? ShinyGlaceon 19:45, 20 February 2010 (UTC)

Physiology Edit

I edited the physiology to change "roof and bottom of the mouth" to "upper and lower jaws" because it sounded rather awkward before.--Phantomjunkie 06:37, 2 July 2010 (UTC)

Special Abilities

Under the description, it says, "Like other Dragon Pokemon..." Is this imply it is dragon-like or Dragon-type? If it is the latter, should it be changed? Sparky 14:20, 20 July 2010 (UTC)

Tyranitar isn't a Dragon-type. Note that it actually says "Like some Dragon Pokémon"; i.e. that Tyranitar is being compared to Dragons. —darklordtrom 20:40, 20 July 2010 (UTC)
Sorry, I misread it. Sparky 13:02, 21 July 2010 (UTC)

I think someone mentioned this on Metagross's talk page but doesn't Tyranitar, along with Dragonite, have a rare chance of appearing in the wild in B/W by shaking grass spots? Serebii says Route 15 but can anyone else confirm this? Shiramu Kuromu 00:00, 13 November 2010 (UTC)

Black and White Locations

I have Pokemon White version and I caught a Tyranitar at lvl 50 in Route 15, where all those hiker people are and you have to use strength on the boulders. It's hard to find though, it's rare. There are also wild Pupitars too, they're slightly rare.

It's there already. --ForceFire 03:50, 18 May 2012 (UTC)

What looks like a pupitar is on tyrantar's chest.

Should we include this in physiology? Nightgrey 03:51, 18 May 2012 (UTC)

No.--ForceFire 03:54, 18 May 2012 (UTC)

Highest Base stat Total

Shouldn't it be noted that he has the highest base stat total of all Rock type, Despite that he is not a legendary Pokmeon Also the same for Dark types along with Hydreigon. --$%$HYDRA3DRAGON$%$ (talk) 06:26, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Tyranitar's armor

Have any of you guys notice that Tyranitar's upper armor is not connected to the lower armor.Gelato Gelato (talk) 13:00, 30 March 2013 (UTC)Gelato Gelato
