Can someone edit the move tutor part to add back the move {{m|Earth Power}}? I just test it today and found it is complatible in Platinum(as serebii said it can't but smogon said it can, it made me so confused so I just caught one to test it) -- [[User:Chungkingpun|ChungKingPun]] 10:59, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

It is a regular tortoise. It's red because it's a Fire-type. A green tortoise wouldn't look like it can breath fire. R.A. Hunter B. 21:08, 30 December 2008 (UTC)
