:It permanently raises Attack in the sense that the target doesn't switch out. The target will take more damage than usual for having increased Attack if damaged from being confused. It permanently raises Attack in the sense that the target doesn't switch out. The target will take more damage than usual for having increased Attack if damaged from being confused. ht14 15:43, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
