In Stadium 2, Swagger never hits if the target is already at +6 attack. I found this out the hard way myself. Question about this move, does it permentely raise the attack two levels for that battle or is it until their confused state ends?--Zephyr 15:00, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

It permanently raises Attack in the sense that the target doesn't switch out. The target will take more damage than usual for having increased Attack if damaged from being confused. ht14 15:43, 7 July 2010 (UTC)

Pokémon Stadium 2

In Stadium 2, Swagger never hits if the target is already at +6 attack. I found this out the hard way myself. I think the explanation is, Swagger first checks to see if the target already has +6 attack before checking for confusion. Was this fixed in gen 3? Pikachu25 (talk) 02:42, 27 August 2015 (UTC)
