Yeah, Skill Swap resets the ability so the Pokémon that recieves Slow Start will have its stats lowered for five turns. TESHIGIGAS 15:49, 7 December 2008 (UTC)

Yes. I have done this in Doubles teaming up Regigigas with Whimsicott, and Whimsicott has Prankster, so it got rid of Regi's ability, and I am pretty sure it went back up to full power after losing Slow Start Sailor Mercury Fanboy (talk) 01:34, 11 January 2015 (UTC)

I'd assume that the effect can be removed by hitting someone with Mummy nowadays? Haven't tried it or anything. Raienbrasa (talk) 03:20, 15 March 2013 (UTC)

Technically, it should. If Technician is cancelled out when afflicted by Mummy, in theory so should Slow Start. Ewkay (talk) 20:17, 18 March 2013 (UTC)
