If Skill Swap is used on a Pokémon with this ability by a Pokémon that's been in battle for more than five turns, will the ability affect the user? Whatever the answer may be, it should be put on this page. TorchicBlaziken (talk•edits) 15:30, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
- Yeah, Skill Swap resets the ability so the Pokémon that recieves Slow Start will have its stats lowered for five turns. TESHIGIGAS 15:49, 7 December 2008 (UTC)
