I don't have any percentages but according my Pokédex book,

Old Rod= Magikarp seen Very Often. Good Rod= Magikarp seen Very Often and Goldeen seen Normally. Super Rod= Gyrados seen Very Often and Seaking seen Normally

Poochyena

Shouldn't poochyena be added to the list of specail pokemon available on this route since it's capturable by Poke radar in Platinum?
