Critical hits

Sharpen's effect is ignored by critical hits? The Swords Dance page states this as well, but the Damage Modification page states that Swords Dance does affect critical hits. Which is it? The talk page for Swords Dance says that the attack boost being ignored only applies to Generation 1. If this is the case for Sharpen, Swords Dance, or any other move, that should be noted. In my experience attack boosts are factored into critical hit damage calculation. — Laoris (Blah) 18:41, 12 November 2008 (UTC)

If you use Swords Dance and get a critical hit then the Swords Dance is included in the calculation. I should have noticed that... TESHIGIGAS 18:44, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
Do you know whether it is the same way in Gen 1 tho? I might have to dig out my emulator to test it. — Laoris (Blah) 18:47, 12 November 2008 (UTC)
I don't know about Generation I or II, but I'm sure about Generation III and IV. It'd be great if you could test it. XD TESHIGIGAS 18:50, 12 November 2008 (UTC)

TCG

In the TCG, several Pokémon - speciically, cocoons - are noted as having the move. Should that be included in the article?--Thomas Michael William Patrick Sales 16:55, 21 April 2009 (UTC)

Typically, TCG moves are different from the in-game move. I'll put in a no. — THE TROM — 21:13, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Oh, right. Thanks anyway...--Thomas Michael William Patrick Sales 17:27, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
