I think Pendror looks much more like a centipede than a millipede. Look at the images following the links below and compare them to Pendror and I think it is easy to see that it looks more like a centipede than a millipede AND afterall it is the Mega Centipede Pokémon.

(millipede close up:) I refuse to say that it has no relation to a millipede, but saying that it looks more like a millipede is a matter of opinion and should be changed to say something along the lines of "Pendra also shares traits found in other arthropods such as the millipede." --<span style="font-family:Tahoma;background:black"><font color="red">Land</font><span style="font-family:Tahoma;background:black"><small><font color="yellow">fish7</font></small></span></span> 22:18, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

Japanese name

[1] like you see in this picture Pendra's name is Pendror. --- Misaki, 13:53, 25 January 2011

Yep, Pendra was never an official romanization. However, we shouldn't move it and Hatoboh because their English names are practically confirmed.----無限の知性DENNOUZENSHI 14:28, 25 January 2011 (UTC)

Pendror or Pendra?

The page contradicts itself. An admin that knows what the real japanese name of Pendr'a/or' should change it. --Landfish7 01:36, 28 January 2011 (UTC)

We know, the only reason for keeping it like this is the international release of BW. Their English names will be revealed soon enough, so it's useless to rename all the stuff at this moment. So, kindly wait for few more days. Thank you ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 01:40, 28 January 2011 (UTC)
I am not referring to the English names, I am referring to the fact that the japanese name of Pendr(a/or) changes throughout the article. At some points it says Pendra at others it says Pendror. I was wondering which japanese name is trademarked. Pendror seems to be the one used around the site, and while we don't have to move the page considering the english names will be confirmed before we know it, we should at least make the article consistent with itself. --Landfish7 17:54, 5 February 2011 (UTC)

Name Origin

(To add if and when 'Scolipede' is the confirmed english name:)

Scolipede is a combination of the words centipede and Scolopendra, a genus of centipedes. Pendror, Scolipede's japanese name, also derives from the word Scolopendra. --Landfish7 22:18, 16 February 2011 (UTC)

More like a Millipede?

I think Pendror looks much more like a centipede than a millipede.
