Shouldn't we classify Rotom as a legendary?
- No, because it's not. It's just rare. It can breed. It's about as legendary as Sudowoodo in GenII. --DarkfireTaimatsu 19:38, 24 August 2007 (UTC)
- Just because it can breed doesn't mean that it's not Legendary. Manaphy is Legendary, but it can breed. Also, there's obviously some significance to it having to same weight, and being directly before the Lake Trio on the National Dex. --Vladek
