I'm echoing the above question, since it seems to have been forgotten about. What % encounter rates qualify as Common/Uncommon/Rare? If a Pokémon has a 1% encounter rate in one route and 50% in another, is it Common or Rare? Do we have a system in place for deciding these things? What about "Very rare"? Some pokemon, like Wailord, are listed as "Very rare" on this site, but this page doesn't mention it. -Buddy Christ
