Are Primeape's movements modeled after Sugar Ray Leonard?

When Primeape uses Earthquake (and some other moves), it winds up one of its arms and does an uppercut, like what Sugar Ray did in his fight with Roberto Duran. Is this a reference? BNK^Talk 01:42, 7 August 2016 (UTC)
