Merge with Floccesy Town?

The page has very little content that can be expanded upon, and doesn't even appear as a location on the in-game map. We don't have a separate page for Café Sonata, do we? - Chosen of Mana 18:04, 8 December 2012 (UTC)

It's its own independent location and is on the map. It is separate to Floccesy Town and not part of it. Two different locations. It's like merging Viridian Forest and Viridian City. ☆The Solar Dragon☆ 22:34, 6 January 2013 (UTC)

Generally I prefer to give save locations their own pages, but I suppose we don't give the gates their own articles despite being independent save locations. However, I would say this article is on the same level as Scorched Slab; they are save locations that have a sigle purpose. I would rather keep it in its own article (maybe with some more info about the Keldeo event), but I don't oppose merging it in. --SnorlaxMonster 18:10, 7 January 2013 (UTC)

It was commented that this place doesn't have its own spot on the map. It actually does. You can even Fly to it. Just throwing that out there, since it is its own location, it technically should still have a page. I mean, we have Cave of Being and there isn't anything to expand upon there, right? You can't Fly there (you can Fly from there though). If you look at the map while in Pledge Grove, the map tells you you are in Floccesy Town. Cave of Being on the other hand does appear on the map. I would rather it does have a page, but the fact that it doesn't have a map location is a valid argument for it to not have a page. --SnorlaxMonster 07:48, 6 February 2013 (UTC)

Personally, since this is a separate area, and not part of Floccesy Town, I think this page should remain unmerged. Like TheSolarDragon mentioned, it'd be like if Viridian City and Viridian Forest are combined, because of proximity, despite both being separate locations. Also, SnorlaxMonster mentioned that Pledge Grove is like the Scorched Slab; both have only one main use: Pledge Grove being the Secret Sword Move Tutor, and Scorched Slab being the TM12 location. --PokeMaster99999 11:23, 17 March 2013 (UTC)

Pledge Grove will remain a separate page, for various reasons including being a separate save location and egg hatching place. I'll be removing the notice. ^Maverick_Nate 15:34, 30 August 2013 (UTC)

Where did this name even come from

The Town Map doesn't state a thing about a "Pledge Grove", just Floccesy Town and Pokémon Center. Pikachu Bros. (talk) 20:23, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
