Why I added in Lt. Surge's Pikachu in the disambiguation page.
Ok. The reason why I added the page "Lt. Surge's Pikachu" in the disambiguation page is because when Lt. Surge caught his Pikachu, he quickly evolved it and Surge's Raichu never learned the moves it can only learn in the Pikachu stage.
