Should redirect to Pokémon Sun and Moon#Ultra Beasts until speculation ends. (Kjhf | Talk) 13:06, 7 September 2016 (UTC)

So, um, is this being counted as the first legendary poison-type? MegaNerd18 (talk) 05:43, 2 December 2016 (UTC)

Maybe once the this Legendary connection to Ultra Beast is settled--Jacob Kogan (talk) 06:08, 2 December 2016 (UTC)

Font

So uh, not to be rude but, was this font change really necessary for the UB pages? I'm gonna be honest, it's really unsightly.... I don't even give a Schif (TalkContribs) 07:59, 3 December 2016 (UTC)

Life cycle concept art

Here's a picture of the Ultra Space concept art that was showcased at Milan Games Week, originating from 4chan. Until somebody here can take a picture of their own or the sheet is officially released in an artbook, what should be done with this - should it be added as an external reference? Can you explain to me where it says or shows (or whatever) that Nihilego comes from polyps or whatever, or that the things pictured are "baby" Nihilego? Tiddlywinks (talk) 17:51, 11 October 2017 (UTC)
It's the katakana that specifically names them. The first part mentions something about a resemblance to jellyfish in regards to that large strobila-shaped pillar, and the last parts identify that star-shaped ephyra (infant jellyfish) and polyps. The other parts are just talking about the glass structures. I can't understand what the clearer text on the very bottom is since there's so much kanji, but the first sentence has the katakana for glass again. I think I heard somebody on 4chan mention that the last part was talking more about the dimension's composition? Azureprism (talk) 22:46, 11 October 2017 (UTC)
Do you know Japanese, or are you taking it secondhand? (If the former, I'd be glad to know your transcription of the actual Japanese. If the latter, then at best you'd have to point out where it is that whoever else made their claims.) If all the info is in that picture, I don't see what you believe it says. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:06, 11 October 2017 (UTC)
Don't just believe everything you see on the internet, especially from a place such as 4chan. Until it comes from a more credible source, it's not getting mentioned.--ForceFire 03:54, 12 October 2017 (UTC)
What little Japanese skills I have are a little rusty since finishing high school several years ago and not having much more of a chance to learn apart from helping my sister with her classes, but I know enough to know what the hiragana and katakana in everything but the annendum says. Another person on 4chan wrote up the transcript for me, and all of the kana in the original sheet and their transcript match.

鍾乳石のような

クラゲのような

イス

ガラス岩

ガラス草

エフィラのようなもの

ポリプのようなもの

地面や壁も含めてすべてガラス質

わずかな光を反射して所々虹色にみえる

柱部分は鱗状、ちょっと気持ち悪い感じ

Run through Google Translate, the parts I was able to understand (talking about resemblances) match what the program translates the transcripted captions as, and the last part matches up with what I read on that earlier thread talking about what the dimension is like. However, it did try to transliterate the katakana used for ephyra.

Like a stalactite

Like a jellyfish

chair

Glass rock

Glass grass

Things like Efira

Things like polyps

All glass and glass including the ground and wall

It reflects slight light and appears to be a rainbow color in some places

The pillar part is scaly, it feels a little disgusting

Is this sufficient enough yet? Azureprism (talk) 06:37, 12 October 2017 (UTC)
Google translate can sometimes be wrong, so it's not credible. Unless someone that can actually speak Japanese can verify it, it's just some random post on 4chan.--ForceFire 06:44, 12 October 2017 (UTC)
Nothing about that says anything about Nihilego. Tiddlywinks (talk) 10:04, 12 October 2017 (UTC)

Main Antagonist?

Nihilego's neurotoxins are the more important reasons to Lusamine madness, and also, Nihilego seems to have used Lusamine's body to battle againest the player in Ultra Space, like Necrozma with Solgaleo and Lunala. So Nihilego can be considered the main antagonist in Sun and Moon? - unsigned comment from Pika fanatic (talkcontribs)
