Night Sky's Edge (Pokéwalker area)

Now that information on the Jirachi is starting to get out there, can we move "Edge of the Night's Sky (Pokéwalker area) to "Night Sky's Edge (Pokéwalker area)" as it suggests? (Yaminokame 07:58, 6 February 2010 (UTC))

I think it should. Turtwig A (talk | contribs) 19:12, 9 February 2010 (UTC)
I wanna be sure that that's the in-game name. TTEchidna 20:39, 9 February 2010 (UTC)

The Pokémon website has confirmed that it is the name. - unsigned comment from 6259 (talkcontribs)

So... can we move this to the English version name yet? Seeing as how now even the official website has it up there as stated above... :p (Yaminokame 12:14, 24 February 2010 (UTC))
We should. We did it with the Pokéwalker article. tc²₆tc26 12:17, 24 February 2010 (UTC)
I am with you guys because it has been officially confirmed. ♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 12:18, 24 February 2010 (UTC)
Just pointing out that while at Gamestop getting the Jirachi for the event, the sign advertising it said that the Jirachi unlocked Night Sky's Edge. So, it is the official name. --Ryuutakeshi 06:26, 28 February 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the info but I think it was revealed 2 or 3 days ago. There is a complete news on it already. It is official but TTE's orders are not to change it before official release (I saw it on his talk page). --♫♪AdyNiz♪♫ 06:53, 28 February 2010 (UTC)

Doesn't get more official than straight from the game cartridge. --Pie ~ 16:57, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

ANY fateful jirachi?

Will any fateful jirachi work? I have the Japanese Jirachi and I'm gonna get the english game. Does that jirachi work? SpecialK Leiks Lucario and the Celebi Glitch 16:47, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

And by the way, if I is, then it should be in the article. DONT DELETE MY TALKING! SpecialK Leiks Lucario and the Celebi Glitch 16:47, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

Any fateful Jirachi should work. Language has never mattered for the event unlocks in IV. ▫▪Ťïňắ 17:32, 12 March 2010 (UTC)

Fateful Encounter

You do not need a fateful encounter Jirachi to unlock this. I migrated a non-fateful encounter Jirachi from Emerald and this route was unlocked. Edit: signed The hugarh 16:02, 14 April 2010 (UTC) Sign comments with ~~~~ . And yes, you do need fateful encounter. SpecialK Leiks Lucario and the Celebi Glitch 10:50, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

No, I just tested this myself. I migrated my CHANNEL Jirachi and it unlocked Night-Skys Edge. - Takoto 13:34, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
I just traded my CHANNEL Jirachi from Platinum and it unlocked the route. Maybe it is just any Jirachi? Blazios 15:19, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
Technically, all legitimate Jirachi are "fateful encounter" somewhere down the line (since Jirachi's never been given an in-game location). I mean, even the Colosseum bonus disc Jirachi gives "fateful encounter" as its encounter location (at least) in the GBA games...--Shiningpikablu252 15:26, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
Yeah, but that's just a location in the GBA games... in IV, I'm pretty sure it's a seperate flag. I'll see if I can experiment a little on HGSS with a non-event Jirachi (in other words, hacked.. hey, it's for science!) and trade it on over, I haven't unlocked this route on either of my games anyway. lol ▫▪Ťïňắ 15:34, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
It was a hacked Jirachi that I used to begin with. It's met location is set as route 6 in the GBA games ind is set as Kanto in HGSS. It doesnt have any fateful encounter flag on it and it unlocked Night Sky's Edge The hugarh 16:02, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
Ah, cool. :D I assume you've (or someone else) has updated the page saying any Jirachi works, then? ▫▪Ťïňắ 17:21, 14 April 2010 (UTC)
