possible higher shinny encounter chance?
I'm not sure if this is the best place to discuss this, but could there be a higher encounter rate for shinny Pokémon in the park?
When I had silver still working (battery died) on two occasions I encountered Shiny Hoothoots. So is there some explanation.

Cascoon
I just caught a level 35 Cascoon in the Saturday Bug-Catching Contest thus eliminating the level gap we had before.
