- It does have a personality and a out of battle side, though:In battle he shows a respectful side, like a noble warrior, and he has trouble telling when he's going to faint, suggesting a cautiously confident side. When Sawk defeated him, he showed that he, like his Trainer, is a gracious loser. So his personality and characteristics(which appears to be the real criteria for an article) is respectful, yet cautiously confident, with an inability to tell when he is about to lose. He also doesn't like to see a Trainer worry about their defeated Pokémon, as shown by his reaction to Iris after he defeated Excadrill, as if he wishes to defeat opponents with the least amount of damage possible(indicating a Careful or Modest Nature). Out of battle, he does not wish to be disturbed, indicating he saves all his strength for battle, and appears cold and emotionless for that reason. Is that enough proof? - I'd actually say the stuff it did out side of battle and the great personality it showed, due to its rivalry with Sawk may make it notable enough, however I think Kenji would be iffy ovwe this as it might seeem unlikey they'll appear again.
