:That's just because the Mantine knew Water Pulse, which in Generation IV was a TM move learnable by Feebas, and therefore heritable. Did the Mantine even know Confuse Ray? That's just because the Mantine knew Water Pulse, which in Generation IV was a TM move learnable by Feebas, and therefore heritable. Did the Mantine even know Confuse Ray? And did the Feebas inherit any other moves? --AndyPKMN (talk) 20:27, 8 May 2011 (UTC)
